Our client based in Waikato is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in this full time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be joining a market leader of FMCG brands and will be responsible for the coordination of between 15-20 employees. The Production Supervisor will ensure that employees are working within the H&S and Food Quality procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet daily KPI's and targets
• Be familiar with and able to operate all machines
• Provide effective leadership and training to the team
• Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
• Ensure that Quality Assurance requirements are met
• Identify areas for improvement

Skills and experience:

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in leadership and management
• Problem solving abilities
