Our expert Clinicians and Consultants provide high-quality services to enhance workforce performance and promote workplace wellbeing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking experienced clinicians to join our network of external contractors. Our Clinicians provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support to clients through virtual short-term consultations. This role offers the flexibility to work on a casual basis, handling clinical consultations as they arise.

ABOUT YOU

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical or case management roles
• Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or counselling
• Registration with a professional body e.g. AHPRA, ASSW, ACA or PACFA (Level 3 minimum)
• Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• Proven background in providing counselling, critical incident response, and comprehensive case management.
• Proficiency in managing and conducting virtual clinical consultations
• Skill in developing clinical presentations utilising effective solutions focussed therapy
• Familiarity with Employee Assistance Programs would be highly regarded
• Experience using digital platforms and systems for consultations and case management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
