A Customer Service Representative position has become available with our client, a cleaning/facilities management franchise organisation, based in Avondale.

Key Accountabilities will include:
-responding to enquiries from clients and contractors regarding cleaning requirements/services
-documentation - record keeping, client portal updates
-handling requests for service, sales - dispatching and monitoring through to invoicing
-managing process from quote to client sign off
-assisting with quotes, proposals, sales documents
-working to strict guidelines and compliance

To be successful, you will be able to communicate well at all levels with people of diverse cultures, be punctual and reliable together with being familiar with New Zealand geographically - as customers are serviced nationally.

This is a variety filled role that requires great communication skills and computer ability (particularly Excel).
