Summary:

• Project Manager- Civil Construction
• Based in Hillcrest-Hamilton but travel required.
• Full time
• $125k - $150k annually (Based on experience)

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with Site Supervisors
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Understand the Tender Estimate and prepare the Project Budget
• Manage the full life cycle of civil construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Overview of Site Establishment
• Manage industrial relation issues
• Lead project meetings, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure Project Site is administered in accordance with Company procedures.
• Actively promote safety as the top priority

Skills and experience:

• NZCE or BE degree
• Technical skill and knowledge related to construction of civil engineering
• Previous experience in the contracting industry required
• Fully Computer literate
• Effective time management
• Negotiation Skills
• Good communication skills
