Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to our kiritaki/clients, enabling them to lead an active and fulfilling life.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal and complex care, mobility support, home management, and rehabilitation activities.
• Create a safe and empowering environment to encourage independence and participation in activities that are meaningful to them.

Essential:

• Entitlement to work in New Zealand
• Full drivers' licence
• Good command of the English language

Preferred:

• Health and Wellbeing qualification
• Experience in the health-care sector
• Resilient and determined nature
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of the unique challenges and needs associated with living with a life impacting injury or disability
