An update on our business continuity & response to COVID-19

Drake Medox New Zealand are monitoring the global COVID-19 situation and are working through what that means for our business. The health and safety of our employees, as well as our clients and candidates is of the utmost importance to us, so we need to ensure that precautionary measures are taken.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please DO NOT COME TO WORK. Advise your Drake Medox Consultant and contact your medical centre or Healthline on 0800 611 116. Please also advise your Drake Medox Consultant of the outcome from your call.

Important Changes

We are committed to working with the health and safety of our Field Staff Employees, and our permanent staff, front of mind. Based on the information available, we have made the following decisions:

  • Walk-in’s to our Drake Medox offices will not be accepted, interviews or meetings will be by appointment only
  • All Field Staff Employees MUST complete our Travel and Health Questionnaire
    • A link will be sent shortly. Please contact your Drake Medox Consultant if you haven't received it by Thursday 19th March.
  • Where possible, meetings can be held via phone, video calls or video conferences
  • We strongly recommend that you do not travel outside of New Zealand in the coming weeks
