The Role

  • Manage customer queries or issues
  • Booking and completing jobs for metals
  • Support sales team and liaising with other departments
  • Maintain client accounts
  • Accurate completion of data entry
  • Process returns and dispatching goods
  • Assisting across general office duties

The Ideal Candidate

  • Confident with numeric accuracy (a fair bit of percentage work) and data entry
  • Ability to adhere to process
  • Experience invoicing and calculating rates
  • Experience in office duties and administrative work
  • An Interest or experience in Metals/Jewellery would be great
